| [目的] 探讨上颌前部埋伏多生牙的定位. [方法] 收集了大连医科大学附属第一医院口腔科自1999年～2003年收治的127例上颌前部多生牙患者,并对其进行定位分析. [结果] 采用多种X线片位综合判断,146颗埋伏牙准确定位,准确率达95.4%以上. [结论] 多种X线片位综合判断上颌埋伏多生牙方向,为准确选择手术入路提供依据. |

| To probe into the localization of the anterior impacted supernumerary teeth. ［Methods］ One hundred and twenty-seven patients suffering the anterior impacted supernumerary teeth were observed from 1999 to 2003, which were located and analyzed. ［Results］ Many different kinds of X-ray films were adopted for judging the accurate localization of 146 impacted supernumerary teeth. The effectiveness rate was over 95.4%. ［Conclusion］ Localization of the anterior impacted supernumerary teeth direction should be estimated from many different kinds of X-ray films, which was helpful to surgical effectiveness |
