摘要:

探讨CA125值在卵巢癌诊断和治疗中的价值。［方法］对大连医科大学附属第一医院2001年10月～2003年10月收治的54例卵巢恶性肿瘤患者，取血清测定CA125含量，分析CA125值与病理、临床分期及术后残余灶的关系。［结果］①上皮性肿瘤患者的CA125水平明显增高（Ｐ＜0.05)，其中浆液性癌的CA125阳性率最高。②血清CA125值Ⅰ—Ⅱ期与Ⅲ—Ⅳ期相比较，有显著差异性（Ｐ＜0.05)。③肿瘤细胞减灭术术中残余灶≥2 cm卵巢癌患者的血清CA125值与＜2 cm者有显著差异性（Ｐ＜0.05)。［结论］CA125值与肿瘤的病理类型、临床分期、残余灶的大小均有相关性。CA125值在卵巢癌的术前诊断及治疗上均有很重要的意义

Abstract:

To explore the value of CA125 in the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer.［Method］From October 2001 to October 2003, the values of CA125 in the serums of 54 patients with ovarian cancer were detected, the relationship between CA125 and the pathology and clinic staging and post-operative remnant focus was analyzed.［Result］① The values of CA125 of epithelial ovarian cancer have significant difference (P<0.05) with the other ovarian cancer and the positive rate of serous adenocarcinoma was the highest. ② Compared the stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ cases with the stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ cases, the values of CA125 in the serums have significant difference (P<0.05). ③ The values of CA125 in the serums of the patients with intra-operative remnant focus≥2cm have distinct difference with those intra-operative remnant focus　＜2　cm (P＜0.05).［Conclusions］The value of CA125 is related to the pathological type and clinic staging and the size of remnant focus. CA125 has very important significance in the preoperative diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer.
