| 摘要: |
| [目的]探讨芦荟多糖对小鼠免疫反应的影响及作用机理.[方法] 以羊红细胞(SRBC)为抗原给小鼠注射后,应用芦荟多糖灌胃,检测对照组和实验组的抗体生成水平.[结果]实验组SRBC抗体生成水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05).[结论] 芦荟多糖对正常小鼠机体免疫有增强作用. |

| To discuss the effects of aloe polysaccharide on immune response of mice. ［Methods］ Sheep red blood cell (SRBC) were employed as antigens to be injected to mice. Mice of the experiment group were administered with aloe polysaccharide, and then the level of corresponding antibody were determined. ［Results］ The level of antibodies (anti-SRBC) in experiment groups was significantly higher than that of control groups(P<0.05). ［Conclusion］ aloe polysaccharide can intensify the immunity of mice |
