探讨不同桩核修复方法对修复牙破折强度的影响。[方法] 将15颗经根管治疗的离体上颌中切牙,按设定漏斗状根管形态进行牙体预备后,随机均分成3组,分别用金属铸造桩核、复合树脂桩核及碳素纤维预成桩(C-POST)联合复合树脂桩核3种方法进行修复。所有标本牙均行金属铸造全冠修复后,利用压缩试验机分别测定各个修复牙的破折强度。[结果] 金属铸造桩核组的平均破折强度最大,为(61.0±5.6) kgf;单纯复合树脂桩核组最低,为(26.1±5.1) kgf ;预成根管桩(C-POST)联合复合树脂桩核组比单 纯复合树脂桩核组稍高,仅为(29.7±6.2) kgf 。铸造桩核组比其他两组表现出明显高的破折强度,具有显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。[结论] 金属铸造桩核修复牙比单纯树脂桩核及预成根管桩(C-POST)联合树脂桩核修复牙具有高破折强度。两种复合树脂桩核修复方法的临床使用也是可行的。 |

To investigate the resistance to static loading of pulpless teeth with flared canals restored with different post-and-core systems.[Methods]Artificial flared canals were prepared in 15 maxillary central incisors. Each sample was randomly divided into three groups: metal post-and-cores; resin composite post-and-cores and resin composite core in combination with a prefabricated carbon-fiber post (C-POST). All samples were restored with complete cast crowns and subjected to static loading at 135 degrees to the longitudinal tooth axis until the root fractured. The maximum fracture load was recorded.[Results] A one-way ANOVA showed a significantly higher fracture strength of metal post-and-cores than that of the other groups (P<0.05). [Conclusion]Metal post-and-cores showed higher fracture strength than resin composite post-and-cores and resin composite core in combination with a C-POST. |
