异种角膜缘上皮移植治疗碱烧伤动物的实验研究

摘要:

[目的]观察异种角膜缘上皮早期移植对兔角膜碱烧伤的治疗效果.[方法] 用鲤鱼角膜作异种角膜缘上皮移植的角膜来源,对角膜缘碱烧伤的兔动物模型进行异种角膜缘干细胞上皮移植术,观察术后新生血管长入角膜的情况以及基质中的炎症反应.[结果] 异种角膜缘上皮移植术后,植片与植床粘附良好,基质中细胞浸润减轻,新生血管长入减少,实验组与对照组之间存在显著差异.[结论] 异种角膜缘干细胞上皮移植术治疗角膜碱烧伤可减少角膜新生血管的形成,维持角膜缘的细胞屏障功能.

Abstract:

To study the treatment of rabbit with limbal alkali burn by taking early heterogenous limbal epithelium transplantation. ［Methods］ We used carp's cornea in the heterogenous limbal epithelium transplantation, heterogenous limbal epithelium was transplantation on the limbas of the rabbit with alkali burn. After transplantation, the development of neo-vascularization and inflammatory was observed .［Results］ After transplantation of heterogenous limbal epithelium with stem cells, there was a good course of healing up between the graft and progressive decrease of vascularity and stromal inflammatory in the limbal and peripheral zone,there is a evident distinction between the treated group and not treat group. ［Conclusion］ This kind of surgery can decrease neo-vascularization, maintain limbal cellular barrierfunction.
