]研究胰岛素增敏剂吡格列酮对糖脂代谢紊乱的影响。[方法] 以实验性糖脂代谢紊乱大鼠为模型。SD大鼠30只随机分为正常对照组、高脂模型组和给药组。正常对照组喂饲普通饮食,给药组在高脂饮食4周后予吡格列酮10 mg·kg-1·d-1灌胃,至第9周末处死各组大鼠。[结果] 9周模型组出现明显腹型肥胖和糖脂代谢紊乱,给药组与模型组相比肝湿重、肾周脂肪重、Lee's指数、肝指数、脂比重明显降低,分别为(9.06±1.20)g比(13.23±1.88)g、(2.12±0.55)g比(4.24±1.11)g、(80.11±7.59)比(295.89±9.36)、(3.02±0.31)%比(4. 09±0.36)%、(0.36±0.13)%比(0.67±0.15)%(P<0.01); 给药组血清TC、LDL-L、FFA均有显著的降低,分别为(1.99±0.51)比(3.28±1.08)mol/L、(1.16 ±0.37)比(2.17±0.82)mmol/L、(374.64±25.89)比(463.63±22.39)μmol/L(P<0.01)。[结论]吡格列酮对实验性大鼠糖脂代谢紊乱形成及体脂因素有显著改善作用 。 |

Abstract: |
To study the effect of Pioglitazone on experimental lipid metabolism disorder model of rats induced by high-fat diet. [methods] 30 SD rats were randomly allocated into 3 groups;Model group (n=10) fed with high fat diet,and treated group (n=10) fed with high fat diet for 4 weeks added pioglitazone (10 mg·kg-1·d-1),and normal group (n=10) fed with standard diet for 9 weeks and sacrificed. [Result] After 9 weeks, Model rats showed to be abdomen-form obesity and developed glucose -lipid metabolism disorder; Compeared with the model group ,liver moist weight、 perirenal fat weight、Lee,s exponent、liver exponent and fat density of the treated group were (9.06±1.20)g vs(13.23±1.88)g、(2.12±0.55)g vs(4.24±1.11)g、(280.11±7.59)vs(295.89±9.36)、(3.02±0.31)% vs(4.09±0.36)%、(0.36±0.13)% vs(0.67±0.15)%(P<0.01); The levels of TC、LDL-L、FFA were(1.99±0.51)vs(3.28±1.08)mmol/L、(1.16±0.37)vs(2.17±0.82)mmol/L and(374.64±25.89)vs(463.63±22.39)μmol/L(P<0.01). [Conclution] Pioglitazone is effective in the treatment of glucose -lipid metabolism disorder rats induced with high-fat diet. |
