导管来源乳腺癌细胞MMP -9与MMP-2的表达与其分化、转移的关系

摘要:
探讨乳腺癌中MMP-9和MMP-2的表达与其分化、转移的关系。[方法] 免疫组织化学方法检测60例导管浸润型乳腺癌患者癌细胞MMP-9和MMP-2表达,其中出现淋巴结转移34例,未出现淋巴结转移26例;高、中、低分化分别为6、28、26例。[结果] MMP-9在淋巴结转移与非淋巴结转移组的阳性表达率分别为88.23 %与57.69 %(P<0.01);在高 、中、低分化组的阳性表达率分别为16.67 %、78.57 %与88.46 % ,高分化组与中低分化组间差异显著(P<0.01);MMP-2在淋巴结转移与非淋巴结转移组的阳性表达率分别为91.17 %与61.53%(P<0.01);在高、中、低分化组的阳性表达率分别为16.67 %、81.14 %与88.46 % ,高分化组与中低分化组间差异显著(P<0.01)。[结论] 乳腺癌细胞MMP-9与MMP-2的表达可能提示肿瘤的恶性度与淋巴结转移能力

Abstract:
To study the expression of MMP-9 and MMP-2 and its relationship with lymph node metastasis in breast cancer cells. [Methods] The expression of MMP-9 and MMP-2 in 60 breast cancer specimens, including 34 with lymph node metastases and 26 without, was detected immunohistochemically. [Results] The MMP-9 positive rate in the group with lymph node metastases and that without were 88.23% (30/34) and 57.69% (15/26) respectively (P<0.01), and the rates in the cases of well, middle and poor differentiation were 16.67% (1/6), 78.57% (22/28) and 88.46% (23/26). The expression rate of MMP-9 in the cases of poor and middle differentiation was significantly higher than that of high (P<0.01). The MMP-2 positive rate in the group with lymph node metastases and that without lymph node metastases were 91.17% (31/34) and 61.53% (16/26) respectively (P<0.01),and the rates in the cases of well, middle and poor differentiation were 16.67%(1/6), 82.14% (23/28) and 88.46% (23/26). The expression of MMP-2 in the cases of poor and middle differentiation was significantly higher than that of high (P<0.01).[Conclusions] The detection of MMP-9 and MMP-2 expression in breast cancer cells may be helpful to predict the potentiality of lymph node metastases of breast cancer, as well as its malignancy.
