| 探讨DNA错配修复基因hMSH2蛋白表达与胃癌发生以及不同病理类型之间的关系。［方法］ 应用免疫组化技术检测hMSH2基因在38例胃癌患者的癌组织及其癌旁组织的蛋白表达． ［结果］ 癌细胞阳性表达率（52.63%）明显高于癌旁上皮细胞（23.68%）（P<0.05） ；同例中癌细胞和癌旁上皮细胞均表达的为5.79%，同例癌细胞表达而癌旁上皮细胞不表达的例数（14/38）明显多于癌旁上皮细胞表达而癌细胞不表达的例数（3/38）（P<0.0 5）；高中分化腺癌、低分化腺癌和粘液癌表达阳性率分别为33.33 %、52.63 %、和70 %。［结论］ DNA错配修复基因hMSH2蛋白表达与胃癌发生密切相关。 |

| To study the relationship between the expression of DNA mismatch repair gene hMSH2 and the generation of gastric cancer. ［Method］ Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect hMSH2 prote in expression in human gastric cancer tissue and paracancer tissue of 38 patients. ［Results］ The positive rate of hMSH2 was significantly higher in cancer cells （52.63%）than that in paracancer mucous cells（23.68%）（P<0.05）； the positive expression of hMSH2 both in cancer cells and paracancer cells of the same case was 15.79%; of the same case, the expression rate, being positive in cancer cells but negative in paracancer cells (14/38) was more than that of positive in paracancer cells but negative in cancer cells (3/38)（P<0.05）. ［Conclusion］ The expression of hMSH2 might be involved in the generation of gastric cancer. |
