| 摘要: |
| [目的] 观察羟基磷灰石义眼座眼眶内植入术的效果.[方法] 对45例患者实施羟基磷灰石义眼座植入术,术后抗炎对症处理,术后4～6周装配义眼.[结果] 45例术后随访2～24个月,植入物无一例移位或脱出.[结论] 羟基磷灰石义眼座眼眶内植入术效果令人满意,是目前较为理想的人工眶内植入材料. |

| Abstract: |
| To observe the effect of embedding hydroxyapatite artificial eye mount in orbit. ［Method］Forty-five cases were embedded hydroxyapatite artificial eye mount in orbit and dealed with abtibiotic post operatively and assembled artificial eye in 4～6 weeks. ［Result］ Forty-five cases were followed up for 2～24 months, there is no 1 case implantedbody moved or dislocation occored. ［Conclusions］ It is satisfactory with the effect of embedding hydroxyapatite artificial eye mount in orbit. Presently It is a fairly ideal prosthesis for embedding in orbit at present. |
