| 金沉积烤瓷全冠的临床应用观察 |

| 摘要: |
| [目的]观察金沉积烤瓷全冠的临床修复效果.[方法]选择患有牙釉质发育不全、牙体缺损、变色牙和四环素牙的患者86例,采用AGC电镀仪,利用电解沉积原理,在预备体模型上离析出含99.99%纯金的内冠;然后在其表面进行烤瓷修复,观察其边缘密合度、美观效果和崩瓷情况. [结果]263件金沉积烤瓷全冠与基牙边缘密合,颜色较逼真;经过6～18个月的临床观察,修复体无崩瓷及牙龈黑线的出现.[结论]金沉积烤瓷全冠具有良好的临床修复效果. |

| To observe the prosthetic effectiveness of porcelain crowns with galvanized gold frames. ［Methods］The eighty-six patients with dentinogene sis imperfecta, dentine pigmentation and tooth broken-down were selected. AGC machine was used in this woke. The dummies were galvanized frames of 99.99 percent gold. The color of porcelain crowns was checked in clinic, fitness and fracture of porcelain crowns were checked too. ［Results］ The porcelain crowns with galvanized gold frames was similar in color and fitness.
