颈部淋巴结病变的超声诊断

摘要:

探讨超声在颈部淋巴结病变中的应用价值。［方法］ 应用高频彩色超声诊断仪，检测50 例患者、108枚诊断为不同病变的淋巴结的超声表现及血流动力学特点。［结果］正常淋巴结和良、恶性肿大淋巴结三组L/S比值分别为3.20±0.19、2.26±0.17 和1.39±0.46；淋巴结动脉Vmax分别为(8.23±2.12) cm/s、(17.41±6.0) cm/s和(25.43±12.76) cm/s； RI分别为0.55±0.03、0.63±0.10和 0.80±0.11。以上3项指标组间比较均具有显著性差异（P<0.05）。CDFI显示良性肿大淋巴结内血流呈较丰富、较规则的树枝状分布，而恶性肿大淋巴结内血流信号则呈不规则的杂乱分布。［结论］ 高频超声彩色多普勒血流显像对颈部淋巴结病变具有诊断和鉴别诊断价值。

Abstract:

To determine the diagnostic value of ultrasonography in cervical lymph nodes diseases. ［Method］ High frequency color doppler ultrasonography was used to evaluate 108 cervical lymph nodes in 50 patients. ［Results］ The L/S ratio of the three groups including normal lymph nodes, benign and malignant lymph nodes were 3.20±0.19, 2.26±0.17, 1.39±0.46. Medullary truncus arteriosus Vmax were (8.23±2.12)cm/s, (17.41±6.0)cm/s, (25.43±12.76) cm/s and RI were 0.55±0.03, 0.63±0.10, 0.80±0.11 respectively .It has obvious differences of the three quotes （P<0.05）. CDFI showed the blood flow of the benign lymph nodes displayed more abundant and regular, and the blood flow of malignant lymph nodes displayed disorder and irregular. ［Conclusion］ High frequency color doppler ultrasonography is of value in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the cervical lymph nodes diseases.
