黄芩茎叶水溶物中枢抑制作用的实验研究 |

摘要: |
[目的] 观察黄芩茎叶水溶物对小鼠中枢神经系统的抑制作用.[方法] 记录小鼠走动时间、前肢上举次数以及小鼠条件反射消失数. [结果] 黄芩茎叶水溶物(按生药计算30 g*kg-1)灌胃,可明显减少小鼠走动时间、前肢上举次数、对抗苯甲酸钠咖啡因的中枢兴奋作用以及加强戊巴比妥钠与氯丙嗪的镇静作用.[结论] 黄芩茎叶水溶物对小鼠中枢神经系统有明显的抑制作用,与中枢抑制药有协同作用. |

Abstract: |
To investigate the inhibitory effect of WSLS on Central Nervous System(CNS) in mice. [Methods] To record the moving time, the number for mice to raise forelimbs and the disappeared number of righting reflex. [Results] WSLS (i.g. ,calculating on the basis of crude drug, 30g·kg-1) decreased obviously the moving time of mice the number for mice to raise forelimbs, opposed significantly excitatory effect on CNS induced by Caffeine Natrium Benzoate (CNB), as well as potentiated the hypnotication of subthreshold dose of sodium pentobarbital and chlorpromazine. [Conclusion] WSLS possessed a well sedative action and the synergism between WSLS and drugs inhibiting CNS. |
