灵芝发酵液对荷瘤U14小鼠生存期的影响 |

摘要: |
[目的]探讨灵芝发酵液对肿瘤的抑制作用并对荷瘤小鼠的生存期做了初步的研究.[方法]U14小鼠腹水型宫颈癌细胞荷瘤小鼠,观察灵芝发酵液对荷瘤小鼠生存期的影响.[结果]治疗组小鼠生存期(28.4±5.87)d较对照组(13.7±8.82)d显著延长(P<0.005).[结论]灵芝发酵液能够延长荷瘤小鼠的生存期. |

Abstract: |
To study the inhibition effects of Ganoderma lucidum fermentative liguid on murine carcinoma.[Methods] Murine carcinoma was adopted as animal model. The inhihition effects of Ganoderma Lucidum fermentative liquid on murine carcinoma were evaluated by the survival time of the mice innoculated with tumor cells.[Results] The mean survival time of the treated group was (28.4±5.87) d and that of not treat group was (13.7±8.82) d (P<0.005). [Conclusion] Ganoderma Lucidum Fermentative has antitumer effect on murine carcinoma |
