丹参和β—七叶皂苷钠对烧伤后外周血白细胞粘附聚集的调节

摘要:
探讨丹参和β-七叶皂苷钠对烧伤后外周血白细胞粘附聚集(LAA)的影响及LAA与肺组织损伤的关系。方法:采用大鼠30% TBSAⅢ度烫伤模型,45只大鼠随机分为假烫组、盐水组、丹参组、β—七叶皂苷钠组及联合用药组。烫伤后24 h取静脉血检测外周血白细胞粘附聚集(LAA),取肺组织检测髓过氧化物酶(MPO)含量。结果:盐水组、丹参组、β—七叶皂苷钠组及联合用药组外周血LAA、肺组织MPO均升高,盐水组升高最明显,联合用药组最低。外周血LAA与肺组织MPO含量呈正相关。结论:LAA可反映中性粒细胞(PMN)在肺内的聚集程度,丹参及β—七叶皂苷钠均可降低外周血LAA的粘附、聚集,减轻肺损伤,联合用药效果更佳。

Abstract:
To observe the regulation effect of Salviae Miltiorrhizae and β-Aescinom Natricum on leucocyte adhesiveness/aggregation(LAA) of peripheral blood in the acute lung injury after thermal injury. To observe the relationship between LAA and acute lung injury(ALI). Methods: The rats, except those in sham injury group, were inflicted with 30% total body surface area (TBSA) third degree burns. Forty-five rats were involed in this study. They were devided in to five groups: sham injury group(n=9), sodium chloride group(n=9), Salviae Miltiorrhizae group(n=9), β-Aescinom Natricum group(n=9) and combination group(n=9). Rats were sacrificed at 24th hour after injury. The state of LAA in peripheral blood and MPO contents in lung tissue were determined. Results: A significant increase in blood LAA and tissue MPO contents were found in sodium chloride group, Salviae Miltiorrhizae group, β-Aescinom Natricum group and combination group as compared with those in sham group and those in the combination group were the lowest among the four groups. Blood LAA was positively correlated with tissue MPO content. Conclusion: LAA can be used as a marker of inflammation and pulmonary leukostasis during thermal injury. The combination of the two drugs has protective effects on the acute lung injury after thermal injury.
