大蒜素、沙棘油、银杏叶提取物对顺铂所致大鼠肾损害预防作用的初步研究

摘要:
目的:研究大蒜素、沙棘油、银杏叶提取物对顺铂(CDDP)所致肾损害的预防作用.方法:将30只SD大鼠随机分5组,分别为对照组(生理盐水组)、CDDP组、CDDP+银杏叶提取物组、CDDP+大蒜素组、CDDP+沙棘油组,进行急性毒性实验,分别测定体重、肾脏系数、血清尿素氮等指标(BUN).结果:CDDP+大蒜素组和CDDP+沙棘油组BUN水平较CDDP组明显降低(P<0.05).结论:大蒜素和沙棘油能减轻CDDP所致肾损害作用.

Abstract:
To study the preventive effects of allicin, Hippohae rhamnoides oil and ginkgo bible extract (GBE) on cisplatin(CDDP)-induced nephrotoxicity. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into five groups, respectively as follows: Control (NS), Group CDDP, Group CDDP+GBE, Group CDDP+allicin, Group CDDP+ Hippohae. The studies of the acute toxicity studies were carried out. Body weight, renal index and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) were assayed. Results: BUN of Group CDDP+allicin and Group CDDP+ Hippohae were significantly less than that of Group CDDP (P<0.05). Conclusions: Allicin and Hippohae rhamnoides oil could reduce CDDP-induced nephrotoxicity
