重症急性胰腺炎血清和胰腺组织脂质过氧化物的变化及善宁的治疗作用 |

摘要: |
目的:探讨大鼠重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)血清和胰腺组织脂质过氧化物(LPO)的变化及善宁的治疗作用.方法:经胰管逆行注射1.5%去氧胆酸钠建立SAP模型,并用善宁进行治疗,观察血清和胰腺组织LPO的变化及胰腺组织学改变.结果:模型组血清和胰腺组织LPO含量明显升高,胰腺组织学改变明显.与模型组比较,善宁治疗后,血清和胰腺组织LPO含量下降,且胰腺损害减轻.结论:氧自由基在SAP的病变过程中起着重要作用,善宁通过抑制氧自由基的损伤,对SAP具有治疗作用. |

Abstract: |
To investigate the changes of lipid peroxide(LPO) in serum and pancreatic tissue and therapeutic effects of sandostatin on severe acute pancreatitis(SAP). Methods: SAP models were induced by retrograde injection of 1.5% sodium deoxycholate and treated by sandostatin. The changes of LPO in serum and pancreatic tissue were measured, as well as the changes of pancreatic histology were examined by light microscopes. Results: LPO in serum and pancreatic tissue were significantly higher in SAP group than that in control group and the inyury of pancreatic tissue was increased in SAP group too. LPO were significantly decreased in serum and pancreatic tissue, and the imarg of pancreatic tissue were reduced in sandostatin treatment group. Conclusions: Sandostatin has therapeutic effects on SAP probably by means of preventing oxidant damage of OFR. |
