| 目的:探讨希莶草对小白鼠机体免疫系统作用的变化.方法:采用ELISA法和微量凝集实验测定小鼠抗体的含量.结果:微量凝集实验测定的Ⅰ、Ⅱ组的抗体效价及ELISA法测定的Ⅲ、Ⅳ组的抗体含量均有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论:中药希莶草对小白鼠在免疫调节方面具有增强作用. |

| To observed the effect of Xixiancao to immune system in mice. Methods: ELISA and micro-agglutination test were used to detect antibody concentration in mice. Results: There had significant difference in antibody titre of Ⅰ,Ⅱ groups by micro-agglutination test and antibody concentration of Ⅲ,Ⅳ groups by ELISA(P<0.05). Conclusion: It could be improved by Chinese medicine Xixiancao for immune function of organism in mice |
