| 思密达灌肠治疗远端溃疡性结肠炎86例临床观察 |

| 摘要: |
| 探讨消化道粘膜保护剂—思密达(Smecta)保留灌肠治疗远端溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法：86例患者，男61例，女25例，平均年龄36.5岁，平均病程5.6年(29～56岁)。用Smecta6g加入100 ml温生理盐水中，混匀后保留灌肠，每晚1次。结果：思密达灌肠治疗8周的显效率为75.6%(65/86)，有效率22.1% (19/86)， 无效2.3%(2/86)，总有效率97.7%。提示思密达对远端溃疡性结肠炎疗效明显。结论：思密达能保护消化道粘膜、吸附气体及多种病原体，并且不被胃肠道吸收、不进入血循环，无任何毒副作用，是治疗远端溃疡性结肠炎的有效药物之一。 |

| This study was aimed to observe the effect of Smecta, a protective agent of gastrointestinal tract mucosa,in the treatment of distal ulcerative colitis by retention enema. Methods: 86 patients, 61 males and 25 females with an average age of 26.5 and an average course of 5.6 years, were treated with Smecta. Six grams of Smecta was mixed evenly in 100 ml warm normal saline and administered by retention enema once per day. Result: After 8 weeks of retention enema of Smecta, the marked effectiveness was 75.6%,effectiveness 22.1% and the total effectiveness 97.7% with 2.3% of the patients having no response. Conclusion:Smecta functions as a protective agent of gastrointestinal tract mucosa,and it absorbs gases and various pathogens,but it is not absorbable and dose not enter into the blood circulation. Smecta can be used in the treatment of distal ulcerative colitis |
