| 摘要: |
| 目的:分析高血压性脑出血术后继发脑梗塞的原因.方法:分别采用骨窗血肿清除术、骨瓣血肿清除术、后颅窝开颅血肿清除术、脑室引流术.术后逐级降血压、应用改善微循环降低血粘度、解除脑血管痉挛的药物、短期应用止血药.结果:预后日常生活能力(ADL)Ⅰ级4例,Ⅱ级3例,Ⅲ级1例,Ⅳ级2例,V级2例,死亡2例.结论:高血压性脑出血术后继发脑梗塞的发生与预防与高血压病、术中操作及术后治疗因素有关. |

| To analyse the causes of cerebral infarction following operation of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods:Patients were treated with craniotomy, craniectomy, ventricular drainage. After operation,the blood pres-sure was gradually decreased and the drugs including Dextran-40,calcium antagonist and hemostatic agent were administered. Result:The outcome was evaluted on the basis of activity of daily living(ADL). ADL Ⅰ 4 cases.Ⅱ 3cases.Ⅲ 1case.Ⅳ2cases.Ⅴ2cases.Death 2cases.Conclusion:The occurence and prognosis of cerebral infarction following operation hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage was associated with degree of hypertension,operative skill and postoperative management |
