| 应用SysmexSF-3000型血液细胞分析仪检测了113例健康体检者和76例各种血液病患者的外周血,并对仪器所测得的血小板相关的三项参数进行统计学分析.通过对这三项血小板相关参数的检测,可对某些血液系统疾病起到筛查和提示作用,对临床诊断有一定的实用价值. |

| To investigate the diagnostic value of three parameters of platelet in hematological disease,we used Sysmex SF-3000 automated hematology cell analyzer to detect the blood of 113 doners and 76 patients with hematological diseases.Results showed that the three parameters: Platelet Distribution Width(PDW),Mean Platelet Volume (MPV),Platelet-Large Cell Ratio(P-LCR) played an etiological role in the diagnosis of hematological diseases |
