| 目的:探讨PCNA、p53、Rb基因产物表达与平滑肌肿瘤良恶性的关系.方法:采用免疫组化ISAB法检测PCNA、p53、Rb基因产物在5例平滑肌瘤、27例平滑肌肉瘤的表达情况.结果:PCNA、p53、Rb在平滑肌瘤、平滑肌肉瘤的阳性表达分别为2,25例(P＜0.05);1,15例(P＞0.05);1,16例(P＜0.05).表明检测基因产物PCNA、p53、Rb的表达有助于判断平滑肌肿瘤的良恶性及预后. |

| The expressions of PCNA,p53,and Rb gene proteins were examined in 27 leiomyosarcomas and 5 leiomyomas immunohistochemically.The positive expressions of PCNA,p53,and Rb gene proteins in leiomyomas and leiomyosarcomas were 2,25(P＜0.05)；1，15(P＞0.05)；1，16(P＜0.05) respectively.The expressions of PCNA,p53 and pRb gene proteins maybe contribute to judge the malignancy and prognosis of smooth muscle tumor |
