凋亡相关基因FasL和Bcl-2在小鼠肝癌中的表达

摘要:
HCa-F和HCa-P是同源且转移能力不同的肝癌细胞系,P为低转移(转移率<30%),F为高转移(转移率>80%).经Sp法免疫组化染色发现:FasL在F原发瘤中的表达显著强于P原发瘤(P<0.01),Bcl-2在两者均为强阳性,无显著性差别.提示FasL可能赋予F细胞杀伤免疫细胞的能力并与其较强的转移力相关.

Abstract:
HCa-F(F) and HCa-P(P) are mouse hepatocarcinoma cell lines with different metastatic potential.F cells had high metastatic ability.FasL and Bcl-2 expressions were detected in F and P cells immunohistochemically.F cells expressed FasL much greater than P cells.Both of F and P cells expressed Bcl-2 strongly and equally.This result suggested that expression of FasL may be related to their metastatic ability
