HCa-F和HCa-P是同源且转移能力不同的肝癌细胞系,P为低转移(转移率<30%),F为高转移(转移率>80%).经Sp法免疫组化染色发现:FasL在F原发瘤中的表达显著强于P原发瘤(P<0.01),Bcl-2在两者均为强阳性,无显著性差别.提示FasL可能赋予F细胞杀伤免疫细胞的能力并与其较强的转移力相关. |
