人参皂甙对急性肾衰大鼠肾功能及肾病变的影响

摘要:

用肌注50%甘油制备大鼠急性肾衰模型，测定血尿素氮、肌酐、肾小球滤过率、排钠分数及进行肾组织学检查，观察了人参皂甙对急性肾衰大鼠肾功能和肾病变的作用。结果表明：注射人参皂甙①可降低注射甘油后24h和48h大鼠血尿素氮和肌酐水平(P＜0.01)。②可减轻甘油致急性肾衰大鼠肾组织损伤。③可提高肾小球滤过率(P＜0.01)，降低排纳分数(P＜0.01)。提示：早期注射人参皂甙对初发期急性肾衰大鼠，可改善其肾功能，减轻并加速修复肾脏病变

Abstract:

:The effect of ginsenosides on renal function and renal pathological changes of acute renal failure in rats were studied.The model of acute renal failure was induced by intramuscular injection of glycerol.SUN、Scr、GFR、FENa and renal histological changes were measured.The results showed that early ginsenosides administration could significantly lower SUN and Scr levels.The renal injury induced was also ameliorated after early ginsenosides administration.The low GFR could be significantly elevated by early ginsenosides administration, While FENa could be significantly lowered. The results indicated that early ginsenosides administration could accelerate the recovery of renal function in incipient acute renal failure
