| 通过对中药拆方分析,从文献报告治疗白癜风的常用中药,选出56种,测定其乙醇提取物对酪氨酸酶活性的影响,结果显示27种中药的乙醇提取物对酪氨酸酶具有激活作用,其中11种对酪氨酸酶的激活率与可激活酪氨酸酶活性的单体化合物补骨脂素无统计学差异(P＞0.05).进一步从对酪氨酸酶具有激活作用的中药中选用19味中药,测定它们和补骨脂素的酶动力学曲线,结果显示:7种对酪氨酸酶具有竞争性激活作用,6种具有非竞争性激活作用,7种具有混和性激活作用. |

| In the present study,prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine reported effective in treating vitiligo were analyzed and 56 traditional Chinese drugs most commonly used in the treatment of vitiligo were selected.The effects of the ethanol extracts of these drugs on the activity of tyrosinase were studied.The results show that the extracts of 27 drugs reveal no significant statistic differences from psoralen(P＞0.05).Kinetic enzyme curves of psoralen and 19 drugs possessing activating effects on tyrosinase were deternined.In these drugs,7 of these drugs possess competitive activating effects on tyrosinase,6 possess noncompetitive activating effects and the other 7 possess mixed type activating effects.The results provides experimental evidences for clinical administration of the drugs in treating vitiligo |
