采用榄香烯复合瘤苗治疗615系小鼠乳腺癌(Ca761)和小鼠肝癌Hca的高淋巴道转移亚系(HCa-F).Ca761和HCa-F的生长均受到抑制;平均存活时间分别由34.5d延长到42.8d(Ca761)和由23.7d延长到31.0d(HCa-F),P<0.05.治疗组小鼠脾细胞对HCa-F、L929和YAC-1的细胞毒活性也增强.结果提示榄香烯复合瘤苗对MHC表达水平不同的肿瘤都可能有治疗效应. |

Effects of elemene combo- tumor cell vaccine immunotherapy on tumor growth and cytotoxicity |

A murine mammary carcinoma Ca761 and a high metastatic subclone HCa-F of murinc hepatocarcinoma HCa were treated with elemene combo-tumor cell vaccine(TCV).The growth of both Ca761 and HCa-F was inhibited after the immunotherapy,mean survival time prolonged from 34.5 to 42.8 days (Ca761) and from 23.7 to 31.0 days(HCa-F),respectively,P<0.05.The cytotoxicity against HCa-F,L929 and YAC-1 of the splenocytes of mice treated with TCV was increased.These results showed that elemene combo-TCV immunization has treatment effects on some tumors with different MHC molecules and/or different MHC expression levels. |
