甲状腺功能正常的成年人尿酸与血脂、血糖、血压关系研究 |

目的 研究甲状腺功能正常的成年人血尿酸(serum uric acid,SUA)与血脂、血糖、血压的关系。方法 收集2018年1月至2020年12月四川省人民医院健康管理中心北区甲状腺功能正常的成年体检人群资料,将研究对象分为高尿酸血症(hyperuricemia,HUA)组与非高尿酸血症组,采用独立t检验,非参数 Mann Whitney U检验及χ2检验比较分析两组间血脂、血糖及血压等指标的差异,采用Spearman相关性分析SUA水平与血脂、血糖、血压的关系。采用多因素logistic回归分析HUA的危险因素。结果 符合本次研究的4 034例合格数据纳入分析。高尿酸血症组与非高尿酸血症组间性别、身高、体重、体重指数、收缩压、舒张压、尿素氮、肌酐、SUA、空腹葡萄糖、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman相关性分析结果显示,SUA与TG(r=0.488,P<0.001),TC(r=0.158,P<0.001),LDL-C(r=0.236,P<0.001),收缩压(r=0.308,P<0.001),舒张压(r=0.303,P<0.001),空腹葡萄糖(r=0.195,P<0.001)正相关,与HDL-C(r=-0.430,P<0.001)负相关。多因素logistic回归分析显示肌酐(OR=1.048,95%CI:1.039~1.057),体重指数(OR=1.148,95%CI:1.116~1.181),空腹葡萄糖(OR=1.203,95%CI:1.036~1.397),TC(OR=0.746,95%CI:0.577~0.965),LDL-C (OR=1.469,95%CI:1.163~1.856),TG (OR=1.379,95%CI:1.253~1.518)的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 甲状腺功能正常的成年人,SUA与TG、TC、LDL-C、收缩压、舒张压、空腹葡萄糖呈正相关,与HDL-C负相关。空腹葡萄糖、TC、LDL-C、TG的水平增加是HUA的危险因素。 |

Objective To study the relationship between serum uric acid (SUA) and blood lipids, blood glucose and blood pressure in adults with normal thyroid function. Methods The data of individuals, who received annual physical examination at the North District of the Health Management Center of Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital between January 2018 and December 2020, were retrospectively reviewed. Independent t-test, non-parametric Mann-Whitney U test and χ2 test were used to compare blood lipids, blood glucose and blood pressure between hyperuricemia (HUA) and non-HUA groups, and the relationship between SUA levels and blood lipids, blood glucose and blood pressure was analyzed by Spearman correlation. The relationship between HUA and blood lipids, blood glucose and blood pressure was analyzed by multi-factor logistic regression. ResultsA total of 4 034 individuals were including in the study. Comparison of general information between HUA and non-HUA groups revealed differences in gender, height, weight, body mass index, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, urea nitrogen, creatinine, SUA, fasting glucose, total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C), and triglycerides (TG) (P<0.05). SUA was positively correlated with TG (r=0.488, P<0.001), TC (r=0.158, P<0.001), LDL-C (r=0.236, P<0.001), systolic blood pressure (r=0.308, P<0.001), diastolic blood pressure (r=0.303, P<0.001), and fasting glucose (r=0.195, P<0.001), and was negatively correlated with HDL-C (r=-0.430, P<0.001). Multifactorial logistic regression analysis showed that creatinine (OR=1.048,95%CI:1.039-1.057), body mass index (OR=1.148,95%CI:1.116-1.181), glucose (OR=1.203,95%CI:1.036-1.397), TC (OR=0.746,95%CI:0.577-0.965), LDL-C (OR=1.469,95%CI:1.163-1.856), TG (OR=1.379,95%CI:1.253-1.518) were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions SUA is positively correlated with levels of TG, TC, LDL-C, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and fasting glucose, and negatively correlated with HDL-C. The levels of fasting glucose, TC, LDL-C, and TG are risk factors for HUA. |
