选择蛙剑突水平与前正中线、左腋中线、后正中线和右腋中线交点处V1(HV1)、V2(HV2)、V3(HV3)和V4(HV4)为心电图记录部位。 |

Abstract: |
Objective To investigate whether the electrocardial vectors of the opposite ventricular muscle of bullfrog forms a synthesis. Methods The positions of V1(HV1), V2(HV2), V3(HV3) and V4(HV4) were selected at the intersection points of xiphoid process level with anterior midline, left axillary midline, posterior midline and right axillary midline respectively on the bullfrogs and both routine lead electrocardiogram (RLECG) and head chest lead electrocardiogram (HCECG) were recorded on 30 bullfrogs. Results The waves recorded by RLECG included r, rs and negative waves; however, only r or rs waves were recorded with HCECG from HV1 to HV4, and no negative waves were recorded. The comparison of the algebraic sum of ECG waves amplitudes at the corresponding parts and opposite sides of ventricular wall between HCECG and RLECG were all statistically significant (P <0.001). Conclusions R or rs waves recorded by HCECG from HV1 to HV4 do not support the formation synthesis of the electrocardial vectors of opposite ventricular muscle in bullfrog. Synthesis of electrocardial vectors of bullfrog's opposite ventricle in RLECG may be due to its slightly higher reference potential at Central Terminal than that at the right forehead in head chest lead. |
