| 相位对比磁共振电影成像技术（cine phase-contrast magnetic resonance imaging，PC-MRI）可以通过对流体运动方向、速度进行测量分析，经数据处理实现对脑脊液流动特点的定量研究。本文对该技术在正常成年人、脑积水、Chiari Ⅰ型畸形及蛛网膜囊肿患者脑脊液动力学中的临床应用进行综述。 |

| Cine phase-contrast MRI can measure and analyze the direction and velocity of fluid movement and achieve the quantitative study of CSF flow characteristics through data processing. This article reviews the clinical application of the technique in CSF dynamics of healthy adults and patients with hydrocephalus, Chiari malformation type Ⅰ and arachnoid cyst. |
