甲状腺乳头状癌中肿瘤相关巨噬细胞浸润及CD47表达的意义

摘要:
目的 探讨肿瘤相关巨噬细胞浸润及CD47蛋白表达与甲状腺乳头状癌患者临床病理特征间的关系及意义。方法 收集大连市友谊医院2015—2019年间甲状腺乳头状癌手术切除标本65例,应用免疫组织化学方法检测所有标本中CD68+和CD163+肿瘤相关巨噬细胞浸润和CD47蛋白表达情况,分析肿瘤相关巨噬细胞浸润、CD47蛋白表达与甲状腺乳头状癌患者临床病理特征间的关系,以及肿瘤相关巨噬细胞与CD47蛋白表达的相关性。结果 CD68+肿瘤相关巨噬细胞阳性率为35.38%,与肿瘤体积及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);CD163+肿瘤相关巨噬细胞阳性率为16.92%,与癌侵犯甲状腺外组织情况有关(P<0.05)。CD47蛋白阳性表达率为20.00%。CD68+和CD163+肿瘤相关巨噬细胞浸润与CD47表达均无关联(P>0.05)。结论 CD68+肿瘤相关巨噬细胞可能促进甲状腺乳头状癌进展,而CD163+肿瘤相关巨噬细胞可能抑制其进展。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the significance of tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) infiltration and CD47 protein expression in papillary thyroid cancer (PTC). Methods A total of 65 cases of PTC specimens were collected in Dalian Municipal Friendship Hospital during 2015-2019. Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the infiltration of CD68+ and CD163+ TAMs, and the expression of CD47 protein in all specimens. The relationships between CD68+ TAMs infiltration, CD163+ TAMs infiltration, CD47 protein expression and clinicopathological features of PTC patients, and correlations of CD68+ TAMs and CD163+ TAMs with CD47 protein in PTC were analyzed. Results TAMs with CD68 positive (35.38%) was associated with tumor size and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05). TAMs with CD163 positive (16.92%) was associated with extrathyroidal extension situation (P<0.05). CD47 protein expression (20.00%) had no relevance with CD68+ TAMs or CD163+ TAMs infiltration (P>0.05). Conclusions The CD68+ TAMs may play a promotive role in PTC progression, however CD163+ TAMs may play a suppressive one.
