目的 分析CD47和Cdc42蛋白在透明细胞性肾细胞癌(clear cell renal cell carcinoma,CCRCC)中表达的意义,探讨CCRCC转移的机制。方法 采用免疫组织化学方法(IHC)检测75例CCRCC及31例癌旁组织CD47和Cdc42蛋白的表达,分析两种蛋白表达与患者临床病理特征的关系及这两种蛋白之间的关系。分析CD47阳性病例中Cdc42蛋白与患者临床病理特征的关系。结果 CD47蛋白阳性表达率在CCRCC中为26.7%,明显高于癌旁组织的3.2%(P<0.05)。CD47蛋白阳性表达率在组织学分级G1~G2组明显低于G3~G4组(P<0.05);在肿瘤分期T1~T2组明显低于T3~T4组(P<0.05);在无静脉内癌栓组明显低于有静脉内癌栓组(P<0.05)。Cdc42蛋白阳性表达率在CCRCC中为38.7%,明显高于癌旁正常组织的6.5%(P<0.05)。CD47和Cdc42蛋白在CCRCC中的表达无相关性。在CD47阳性病例中Cdc42蛋白的表达与患者的临床病理特征不相关。结论 CD47蛋白的高表达可能与CCRCC进展快及患者生存时间短密切相关,CD47发挥作用可能不依赖Cdc42蛋白。检测CD47蛋白对CCRCC患者的预后判断有一定临床价值。 |

Significance of CD47 and Cdc42 protein expression in clear cell renal cell carcinoma |

Objective To explore the clinical significance of CD47 and Cdc42 expression in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC). Methods Immunohistochemistry (IHC) was used to detect the expression of CD47 and Cdc42 in CCRCC and adjacent non-tumor renal tissues. The difference of the expressions between clinicopathological characteristics, and the prognostic significance were analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of CD47 protein in CCRCC was 26.7%, which was significantly higher than that in the adjacent normal tissues 3.2% (P<0.05). The positive expression frequency of CD47 was significantly higher in high pathological grades, TNM stages and with intravenous thrombus group (P<0.05). The positive expression frequency of Cdc42 in CCRCC was 38.7%, which was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal tissues 6.5% (P<0.05). There was no correlation between the expression of CD47 and Cdc42 in CCRCC. In CD47 positive cases, the expression of Cdc42 protein was not related to the clinicopathological characteristics of the patients. Conclusion CD47 expression could be a marker that related to the rapid progress of CCRCC and poor prognosis. It was needed further study to detect if CD47 play a role by Cdc42 in CCRCC. |
