高频超声在肘管综合征诊断中的作用研究进展

摘要:
肘管综合征(CuTS)是尺神经在肘部尺神经沟处受压,产生以尺神经麻痹为主的症状和体征。高频超声检查越来越广泛地应用于周围神经病变的辅助诊断,其不仅能够直接显示神经解剖结构的改变,还可以帮助确定神经压迫的病因。高频超声检查CuTS观测指标有尺神经的横截面积、肿胀率、内部回声、血流情况、压平比等。本文就CuTS的高频超声诊断应用进展进行综述。

Abstract:
Cubital tunnel syndrome (CuTS) is due to compression of ulnar nerve at the sulcus of ulnar nerve of elbow, which produces symptoms and signs of ulnar nerve paralysis. High-frequency ultrasound is more and more widely used in the auxiliary diagnosis of peripheral neuropathy, which can not only directly display the changes of nerve anatomical structure, but also help to determine the etiology of nerve compression. High-frequency ultrasound examination of cubital tunnel syndrome measures the ulnar nerve cross-sectional area, swelling rate, internal echo, blood flow, and flattening ratio. This article reviews the progress of high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of CuTS.
