多孔钽涂层在牙种植体中的应用及研究进展

摘要:
多孔钽材料作为骨内植入材料,具有良好的生物相容性和耐腐蚀性能。其独特的多孔结构与人天然骨小梁相似,并使得机械性能也接近于人体骨。多孔钽涂层是多孔钽材料目前在牙种植体中主要的运用形式。相比传统钛种植体,多孔钽涂层种植体能更快地形成骨结合,具有更好的稳定性。其在应力传导上优异的表现有望为患有糖尿病、骨质疏松症的患者以及Ⅲ型或Ⅳ型骨质患者,在缺失牙的修复上提供更多的治疗选择。本文将对多孔钽涂层种植体的特性和相关的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:
Porous tantalum material has good biocompatibility and corrosion resistance as an intraosseous implant material. Its unique porous structure is similar to human natural trabecular bone and makes mechanical properties close to human bone. Porous tantalum coating is the main application form of the porous tantalum material in dental implants. Compared to traditional titanium implants, porous tantalum enhanced implants can enable osseointegration faster and have better stability. Its excellent performance in stress conduction is expected to provide more treatment options for the repair of missing teeth for patients with diabetes, osteoporosis and type III or IV bone patients. This article reviews the characteristics of porous tantalum enhanced implants and related research progress.
