| 目前，我国非酒精性脂肪性肝病（NAFLD）的患病率逐渐增长，已成为重要的公共健康问题之一。对于部分NAFLD患者，单纯的生活方式干预及运动疗法并不能很好地控制NAFLD，近年来一些实验研究尤其是大型临床随机对照试验发现部分药物对NAFLD具有一定的治疗作用，包括胰岛素增敏剂、胆酸类药物、抗氧化剂、ω-3脂肪酸、改善肠道菌群的药物、他汀类药物等，本文就目前国内外用于治疗NAFLD的药物研究进展作一综述。 |

| At present, the prevalence of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) in China has gradually increased, and it has become one of the important public health problems. Simple lifestyle intervention and exercise have not been able to control NAFLD as expected for some patients with NAFLD. In recent years, some experimental studies, especially large randomized controlled trials, have found that some drugs have certain therapeutic effects on NAFLD, including insulin sensitizers. cholic acid drugs, antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids, probiotics, statins, etc. This paper gives a brief review of the current domestic and international research progress in the treatment of NAFLD. |
