视网膜色素变性(retinitis pigmentosa,RP)是一组光感受器损伤的视网膜退行性遗传性疾病,主要眼底特征表现为视网膜血管减少、血管周围骨细胞样色素沉着及视网膜萎缩。目前视网膜血管减少的机制尚不明确。光学相干断层扫描血管造影术(OCTA)是一个无创的血管成像技术,可显示视网膜及脉络膜各层血管状态,用于评价RP患者的病情。本文主要对RP患者的OCTA表现进行综述,为研究RP的血管变化机制提供参考。 |

Abstract: |
Retinitis pigmentosa (RP) is a retinal degenerative inherited disease combined with rods and cones damage. The main fundus characteristics of RP include retinal vascular reduction, perivascular osteoblast pigmentation and retinal atrophy. However, the underlying mechanism of retinal vascularity attenuation is unclear. Optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) is a non-invasive vascular imaging technique that can display the vascular status of the retina and choroid. Meanwhile, OCTA can be applied to evaluate the condition of RP patients. In this study, we searched relevant literature published in recent years and reviewed the OCTA manifestations of RP patients. The objective of this study was to explore the retinal and choroidal vascular changes of RP patients, and to provide reference for researching the mechanism of vascular changes of RP. |
