血压自身存在昼夜节律性变化,但异常的血压波动易引起高血压并发症,非杓形血压较杓形血压更易引起高血压靶器官损害。降压治疗不仅要血压数值达标,更应恢复正常的血压昼夜节律,减少血压波动,实现平稳有效的降压。高血压的时间生物治疗,就是依据个体的血压昼夜节律,根据不同降压药的作用特点,调整用药时间,实现合理、优势、平稳、精准降压。 |

Abstract: |
Blood pressure itself has circadian rhythmic changes, but abnormal blood pressure variability easily leads to complications of hypertension, and non-dipper blood pressure is more likely to cause hypertensive target organ damage than dipper blood pressure. Antihypertensive treatment should not only achieve the standard of blood pressure, but also restore normal circadian rhythm of blood pressure, reduce blood pressure fluctuation, and achieve stable and effective blood pressure reduction. The chorontherapy of hypertension, is based on the circadian rhythm of the individual's blood pressure, according to the features of different antihypertensive drugs, adjusting the medication time, to achieve reasonable, superior, stable, precise blood pressure reduction. |
