治疗胃食管反流病的动植物提取物及传统方剂研究进展

摘要:

近年来, 胃食管反流病发病率逐年升高, 临床表现多样, 发病原因主要为抗反流屏障的破坏。据报道,常规药物如质子泵抑制剂,胃肠道动力药的长期应用与多种不良反应密切相关。国内外诸多学者试图从天然动植物的提取物及传统方剂中探究治疗胃食管反流病的新型疗法。本文主要就动植物提取物及传统方剂在增加食管下端括约肌收缩力,改善消化道动力,缓解炎症反应这三方面的治疗机制进行综述。

Abstract:

The incidence of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is increasing rapidly in recent years. And its clinical symptoms varies. The pathogenesis of GERD is the destruction of anti-reflux barrier. Conventional medications such as proton pump inhibitor (PPI) and prokinetic agents have been reported to be associated with several adverse reactions. As a result, many researchers have tried to explore new medications for GERD from the extracts of natural animals and plants as well as traditional herbal prescription. This paper mainly reviews the mechanisms of zoic and botanic extracts and traditional herbal prescription in treating GERD from the following three aspects: improving the contraction of lower esophageal sphincter (LES), improving the gastrointestinal dynamics, ameliorating the inflammatory reactions.
