BPTF因子在肺腺癌中的表达及临床意义

摘要:
目的 探讨溴区PHD结构域转录因子(bromodomain and PHD domain transcription factor, BPTF)在肺腺癌中的表达及其对预后的影响。方法 收集来自大连医科大学附属第二医院病理科及上海超芯公司的90例肺腺癌及其癌旁的组织标本, 通过免疫组化检测BPTF因子表达情况,分析其与患者临床病理资料的相互关系, 并对随访资料进行Kaplan-Meier生存分析和Cox回归分析。结果 BPTF因子在肺腺癌高表达率为68.9%,与癌旁组织(1.3%)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。BPTF因子表达与肿瘤淋巴结转移及TNM临床分期有关(P均<0.05)。BPTF高表达5年总生存率为44.2%,低表达为70.77%,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析显示临床分期以及BPTF的表达水平为肺腺癌患者的预后影响因素(RR=1.890,95%CI 1.405-2.900,P<0.01;RR=7.967,95%CI 2.251-28.73,P<0.01)。结论 BPTF高表达对肺腺癌患者预示更差的预后

Abstract:
Objective To research the effect of BPTF (bromodomain and PHD domain transcription factor) on human lung adenocarcinoma. Methods Ninety lung adenocarcinoma tissue samples from affiliated 2nd hospital, Dalian medical university and Shanghai Xinchao Company were collected and analized about the relationship between BPTF and clinical phathological characteristics. Further, Kaplan-Meier and Cox regression analysis were carried out. Results BPTF positive expression rate was 68.9%, comparing to the adjacent normal lung tissue (1.3%), the difference was significant (P<0.05). BPTF high expression was related with lymph node metastasis and TNM clinical phases (P<0.05). The five-year overall survival was 44.2% in BPTF high expressed group, but it was 70.77% in BPTF low expressed group. The difference in the two groups was signifecant(P<0.05). Multipal factor analisis showed the clinical phrase and the expression of BPTF was the important effective factors to the lung adenocarcinoma prognosis(RR=1.890,95%CI 1.405-2.900,P<0.01,RR=7.967,95% CI 2.251-28.73,P<0.01). Conclusion The high expressed BPTF predicted a poor prognosis in lung adenocarcinoma
