房颤射频消融术前后血浆miR-328表达变化

摘要:
目的 探讨血浆miR-328射频消融术前后表达变化以及与不同类型房颤相关性,为进一步探讨房颤发病机制提供新方向。方法 选取从2015年3月至2016年1月期间在大连医科大学附属第一医院行射频消融术心房颤动患者60例作为房颤组,同期选择在大连医科大学附属第一医院体检中心的健康体检者20例作为正常对照组。使用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测正常对照组及房颤组手术前后组血浆miR-328表达水平的变化。结果 血浆miR-328在房颤组射频消融术前后相对表达量分别为2.04±0.31和1.12±0.06,房颤组同对照组比较表达上升,而术后同术前比较表达下降,差异均显著性意义,P<0.05;血浆miR-328在阵发性房颤、持续性房颤和永久性房颤中相对表达量分别为1.85±0.23、2.13±0.36和2.72±0.93,表达逐渐升高,组间比较差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论 miR-328同房颤病情发展密切相关,可能参与调控房颤的发病机制。

Abstract:
Objective   To investigate the changes of plasma miR-328 expression levels before and after radiofrequency ablation(RFA) and its correlation with different clinical atrial fibrillation(AF) types and explore the pathogenesis of atrial fibrillation. [WTHZ]Methods   The plasma miR-328 expression levels were detected in 60 AF patients before and after RFA and 20 healthy PE subjects using real-time fluorescence quantification PCR technique. [WTHZ]Results   The relative expression levels of plasma miR-328 in the AF group before RFA (2.04±0.31) was higher than that after RFA (1.12±0.06), and both were higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The relative expression levels of plasma miR-328 were 1.85±0.23, 2.13±0.36 and 2.72±0.93 in paroxysmal AF, persistent AF and permanent AF, respectively (P<0.05). [WTHZ]Conclusion   The plasma miR-328 expression level were associated with AF progression, which would be a prognosis marker of AF treatment.
