摘要: |
目的 探讨3D打印技术在复杂骨折个性化治疗中的作用。方法 将1例髋臼骨折、1例踝关节骨折患者骨折处,经CT扫描得到dicom格式数据,Mimics软件处理后,3D 打印机打印成1∶1骨折模型,进行模型上复位与固定预演,并按照术前预演目标进行手术。结果 术后骨折得到满意复位及有效固定,与术前手术预演基本吻合,患者无血管和神经损伤等并发症发生。结论 3D打印技术在复杂性骨折手术治疗中可延展术前设计、精准手术过程、缩短手术时间、并减少并发症的发生。 |

Objective To explore the role of 3D printing technology in the individualized treatment of complex fractures. Methods The study included 1 case of acetabular fracture and 1 cases of ankle fracture. CT scan was used to obtain DICOM data. After processed by Mimics software, 3D printer was used to print 1∶1 model, preview model reduction and fixation. Operation was performed according to preoperative rehearsal.Results Fractures received satisfactory reduction and fixation, and preoperative surgical rehearsal are basically consistent, with no blood vessel and nerve damage and other complications.Conclusion 3D printing technology in complex fracture can extend preoperative design, precise operation, shorten operation time, intuit the degree of communicate, and reduce the occurrence of complications. Thus, it has more practical clinical significance in surgical treatment. |
