组织学连续切片的三维重建技术,因其分辨率高,能精确再现组织内部结构,已在生物科学领域广泛应用,成为三维重建领域不可替代的部分。本文重点介绍了组织学切片三维重建的方法和三维重建的软件,提出了医学图像三维重建技术发展所面临的相关问题,在此基础上得出计算机辅助组织学切片三维重建技术在医学研究领域的优势,并总结了该技术在医学研究中的一些应用,以期对相关研究提供借鉴。 |

Three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction of series histological sections is one of the most powerful methods for accurate high-resolution representation of almost any type of tissue structures.It has been widely applied in biological sciences.We introduced 3D reconstruction method and 3D reconstruction software.Moreover, we put forward advantages of 3D reconstruction technique of series histological sections and its application in medical research. |
