新型给药载体在逆转肿瘤多药耐药方面的应用进展

摘要:
肿瘤多药耐药(multiple drug resistance,MDR)常出现于肿瘤治疗过程中,目前逆转肿瘤MDR的治疗主要有化学药物治疗、天然药物治疗和基因治疗等。部分化学药物和天然药物虽然在体内外都有明确的逆转肿瘤MDR作用,但由于存在给药途径受限、给药剂量较大、体内分布广、靶组织浓度不高、毒副作用明显等缺点限制了其临床应用。近年来国内外学者将一些新型给药载体如:脂质体、纳米粒、微乳以及微球等作为逆转剂的载体,在体内外开展逆转肿瘤MDR的研究。本文就新型载体剂型包载逆转剂在逆转肿瘤多药耐药方面的应用研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:
Reversing the multi-drug resistance is one of the big problems in the process of tumor therapy.The methods of reversing tumor MDR mainly include chemical drugs, natural medicine and gene therapy.However, the clinical application is limited due to limited administration route, large drug dosage, wide distribution, low concentrations of the target tissue, obvious side effects and so on.Lately, the new drug delivery systems including liposome, nanoparticles, microspheres, microemulsion, etc.have been used to reverse multidrug resistance in vitro study.In this paper, we summarized the application of current drug delivery systems in reversing multidrug resistance.
