目的 探讨将基于氢谱核磁共振(1H-NMR)的代谢组学方法应用于牙周炎患者和健康个体鉴定的可行性。 方法 通过血常规检测选取符合条件的受试者作为试验组和对照组,统计学分析试验组与对照组的基本指标的差异;收集唾液进行核磁共振检测,比较图谱的差异;利用多元统计分析相关数据研究聚类关系。 结果 统计学分析显示试验组与对照组在白细胞计数、淋巴细胞百分比、中性粒细胞百分比三个方面无明显差异(P>0.05)。牙周炎患者的图谱与健康个体的图谱比较在δ 3.0~4.0和δ 2.0~2.6区域以及δ 1.0附近的波峰有明显的变化。主成分分析和偏最小二乘判别分析显示,牙周炎患者和健康个体相应的数据内部有集中的聚类关系。 结论 基于氢谱核磁共振的代谢组学方法可以区分牙周炎患者和健康个体,代谢组学方法有望在早期牙周炎的快速诊断中成为一种新的检测手段。 |

A quick identification of patients with early stage periodontitis using saliva metabolomics |

Objective To study 1H-NMR based metabolomics method in early stage identification of patients with periodontitis. Methods The subjects were divided as the experimental group and the control group by blood routine test, and the differences of basic indicators in the experimental group and control group was analyzed by statistical analysis.The saliva was collected for nuclear magnetic resonance, and the difference between the spectra was preliminarily compared.The clustering relations of all the data was studied by multivariate statistical analysis. Results Statistical analysis showed that leukocyte count, lymphocyte percentage and neutrophil percentage in the experimental group and control group had no significant difference (P>0.05).The obvious changes were observed in the area of δ 3.0~4.0, δ 2.0~2.6 and around δ 1.0 in the spectra of periodontitis patients and healthy individuals.The principal component analysis and partial least-squares discriminant analysis showed that concentrated clustering relations in the internal data of periodontitis patients and healthy individuals. Conclusion 1H-NMR based metabolomics method could distinguish between periodontitis patients and healthy individuals.The metabolomics method is expected to be a new detection method in the early quick diagnosis of periodontitis. |
