原发性高血压患者血清ficolin-3、免疫球蛋白、补体及CRP水平研究

摘要:
目的 分析原发性高血压患者血清纤维胶凝蛋白3(ficolin-3)、免疫球蛋白、补体及CRP水平与原发性高血压的关系。 方法 选取大连医科大学附属第一医院高血压患者98例(其中单纯高血压88例,合并2型糖尿病10例),同时选取血压正常并无其他疾病的同期健康体检者42例作为对照组。采用ELISA法测定两组血清ficolin-3水平,采用散射比浊法测定两组血清补体(C3、C4)、免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)及CRP水平。比较各组各指标的变化。 结果 高血压组ficolin-3、C3、C4水平均高于对照组(均P<0.01),CRP水平高于对照组(P<0.05),IgM水平低于对照组(P<0.05),IgG和IgA水平与对照组比较未见显著性差异(P>0.05)。ficolin-3、C3、C4和CRP水平与血压呈正相关(P<0.05);ficolin-3与C3、C4水平呈正相关,与高血压病程也呈正相关(均P<0.05)。 结论 血清ficolin-3水平与原发性高血压病的发展有关,对原发性高血压发病机制的研究、病情观察和预后有一定的价值。

Abstract:
Objective  To explore the serum levels of ficolin-3, immunoglobulin, complement and C reactive protein (CRP) in patients with essential hypertension, and to compare and analyze their relationships. Methods  Totally 98 patients with essential hypertension, including 88 with simple hypertension, and 10 with hypertension accompanied with DMII, were selected from the first affiliated hospital of Dalian Medical University. The levels of complement (C3, C4), immunoglobulin (IgG, IgA, IgM), and CRP were measured using Nephelometry method. The levels of serum ficolin-3 were determined using ELISA method. Results  The levels of ficolin-3, C3, C4, CRP in the hypertension group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The level of IgM in the hypertension group was lower than that in the control group. The significant difference of IgG, IgA between the groups was not observed. In all subjects, a significant correlation was found among C3, C4, ficolin-3, CRP and blood pressure. The positive correlations among ficolin-3, C3, C4, and the medical history of hypertension were also found. Conclusion  The levels of serum ficolin-3 may contribute to the development of essential hypertension. Further evaluation of ficilin-3 should have a certain value in the diagnosis and prognosis of essential hypertension.
