| 早期准确的评估肾功能状态，对延缓和降低高血压肾损害有重要意义。临床上常规血液及尿液检查都正常的情况下，通过应用某些比较灵敏的检查手段仍能发现一些异常，可及时和准确的评估肾功能情况。本文就评价高血压相关的亚临床肾损害的一些指标进行综述。 |

| The early and accurate assessment of renal functional is important for postponing and reducing hypertensive renal damage. In clinical practice, when routine blood and urine tests are normal, several examinations with higher sensitivity can still show some abnormalities and thus be used to evaluate renal function timely and accurately. Some indicators for the evaluation of hypertension-related subclinical renal damage are reviewed in this paper. |
