唾液酸是一类含九个碳原子的单糖衍生物的总称,人体内的唾液酸主要为N-乙酰神经氨酸和N-羟乙酰神经氨酸,大多由葡萄糖代谢生成。唾液酸广泛分布于真核细胞表面糖蛋白或糖脂寡糖链的最末端,是细胞膜上糖蛋白、糖脂的重要成分。本综述主要阐述了唾液酸在肿瘤、炎症、免疫、病原微生物以及感染性疾病中的最新研究进展。 |

Abstract: |
Sialic acid is a general term of monosaccharide derivative containing nine carbon atoms. The main sialic acids in human beings are N-acetylneuraminic acid and N-glycolylneuraminic, mostly generated by glucose metabolism. Sialic acid widely exists in the terminus of glycoproteins or glycolipids oligosaccharide chains of eukaryotic cell and is an important component of cell membrane glycoproteins and glycolipids. This review mainly focuses on new advances of sialic acid in cancer, inflammation, immunology, pathogens and infectious diseases. |
