[摘要] 在口腔疾病的治疗中,杀灭深部感染病灶和菌斑生物膜中的细菌一直是临床的难点与研究的热点。近几年,学者们利用超声空化等效应在抗菌领域取得了一定进展。将超声与声敏剂结合起来发挥效用的声动力疗法在杀灭浮游菌方面体现出明显的杀菌优势与潜力。本文就近期超声及声动力抗菌的若干研究进展进行综述。 |

[Abstract] In the treatment of oral diseases, killing bacteria in deep infection foci and inside biofilm has always been a difficulty in clinical cases and a research hot spot. These years, researchers have made some progress in antibacterial field using ultrasound cavitation effect. Combination of ultrasound and sonosensitiser in sonodynamic therapy has shown significant advantage and potential in killing planktonic bacteria. This paper provides a consolidated review on the recent research progress of ultrasonic and sonodynamic antibacterium. |
