[摘要]　Hedgehog（Hh)信号通路不仅在前列腺的胚胎发育和器官形成扮演重要的角色，而且在前列腺癌的肿瘤形成、侵袭、转移中起十分重要的作用。Hh信号通路将为前列腺癌的诊断提供重要的思路，以Hedgehog信号传导通路成员作为靶点，联合其他药物可能成为前列腺癌治疗的新策略。但Hh信号通路如何调控前列腺癌的机制尚不清楚，本文就Hh信号通路在以上方面的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:

[Abstract]　Hedgehog (Hh) signaling pathway plays a key role in embryonic and organ development of prostate. It is also associated with the tumorigenesis, invasion and metastasis of the prostate cancer. Hh pathway activity may offer signi cant ideas in diagnosis of prostate cancers; the components of Hedgehog signaling cascade may provide a set of drug targets in combination with other drugs and develop a new strategy for the treatment of prostatic cancer. The regulatory mechanisms of Hh signaling pathway on prostate cancer is still remain unclear. In this review, we summarize the roles of Hh signaling pathway based on the data obtained from recent research.
