| [摘要] 目的 检测GPC3和CD44v6在肝细胞癌组织中的表达，并探讨其在肝细胞癌鉴别诊断中的临床应用价值。 方法 采用免疫组化方法，检测38例肝细胞癌（高分化组、中分化组、低分化组）及癌旁肝硬化组织石蜡标本中GPC3蛋白和CD44v6蛋白的表达；分析两种蛋白表达的相关性。 结果 GPC3和CD44v6蛋白在肝细胞癌中的表达阳性率（84.2%和84.2%）显著高于癌旁肝硬化组织（0%和0%）（P<0.01）。肝细胞癌高分化组、中分化组、低分化组同癌旁肝硬化组比较差异均有显著性意义，P<0.05。GPC3与CD44v6在肝细胞癌组织中的表达呈正相关（r=0.502，P<0.001）。 结论 GPC3联合CD44v6可能有助于肝细胞癌的鉴别诊断。 |

| [Abstract] Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of GPC3 and CD44v6 in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC), and evaluating their clinical value in the process of HCC development. Methods The GPC3 and CD44v6 expressions in HCC and the liver tissue adjacent to carcinoma of 38 cases were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive expression frequency of GPC3 and CD44v6 protein in HCC tissue (84.2% and 84.2%) were significantly higher than that in the liver tissue adjacent to carcinoma (0% and 0%)(P<0.01). The GPC3 expression was correlated with the CD44v6 expression in HCC (r=0.502,P<0.001). Conclusion The combination detection of GPC3 and CD44v6 would be helpful to HCC diagnosis. |
