MIF、MMP-9和VEGF在食管癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 探讨巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)、金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及临床意义。 方法 收集食管鳞癌组织标本58例为实验组,并选取癌旁正常食管组织标本40份为对照组,采用微波EliVisionTM免疫组织化学法检测各组MIF、MMP-9和VEGF的表达情况。分析与临床病理指标的关系及三者之间的相关性。 结果 食管鳞癌组织中MIF、MMP-9和VEGF表达水平明显高于正常食管黏膜组织(P<0.05)。MIF、MMP-9和VEGF的表达与肿瘤淋巴结转移、分化程度及临床病理分期(cTNM)有关 (P<0.05);MIF和MMP-9之间表达呈正相关(P<0.05),MIF和VEGF之间表达呈正相关(P<0.05),MMP-9和VEGF之间表达也呈正相关(P<0.05)。 结论 MIF、MMP-9、VEGF在食管鳞癌的表达情况与食管鳞癌的发生、发展和转移过程中起到一定的作用,三者联合检测可为评估食管鳞癌严重程度提供一定的参考价值。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To determine the expression of MIF,MMP-9 and VEGF in the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its significance. Methods Of all the 58 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,40 cases of normal endometrial tissue were detected in MIF and VEGF by microwave EliVisionTM. Results The expression of MIF, MMP-9 and VEGF were higher than the normal tissue(P<0.05). MIF, MMP-9 and VEGF were related with differentiation degree and lymph nodemetastasis and pathological staging(P<0.05). It was positive correlation between MIF and MMP-9 (P<0.05),It was also positive correlation between MIF and VEGF(P<0.05),the correlation between MMP-9 and VEGF was positive,too(P<0.05). Conclusion The positive expression of MIF,MMP-9 and VEGF may play an important role during tumor,invasion and metastasis. Detection on expression of VEGF,MMP-9 and MIF may be valuable to further understand the squamous carcinoma.
