模拟特色化在诊断学实践教学中的应用研究

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 通过研究心肺和腹部模拟人在诊断学教学中的教学效果,评价模拟教学在实践教学中的应用价值。 方法 本科生随机分为试点班(模拟教学)和非试点班(传统方式教学),以理论和操作测试及调查问卷的方式比较教学效果。 结果 理论测试:试点班成绩(92±20.6)分,与非试点班成绩(93±15.2)分差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);操作测试:试点班成绩(94±14.3)分,优于非试点班成绩(68±21.2)分(P<0.05)。调查问卷显示:对实践教学整体、基本操作训练的满意度,试点班明显高于非试点班(P<0.05)。 结论 模拟教学提高了教学效果,得到大部分学生的认可,从心肺腹部模拟教学开始全面推进模拟化教学。

Application of simulation in practice teaching of diagnostics

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To study teaching effect of simulated humans for cardiopulmonary auscultation and abdominal palpation in diagnostics teaching.  Methods Five-year medical undergraduate students were divided into two classes according to the teaching method: an experimental class using simulated teaching and a non-experimental class using traditional teaching. Teaching effect in two ways was compared by theory test, operation test and questionnaires.  Results Theory test results showed no significant difference in scores between the experimental class(92±20.6)and the non-experimental class(93±15.2)(P>0.05). The score of operation test in the experimental class(94±14.3)was significantly higher than that of the non-experimental class(68±21.2)(P<0.05). Questionnaire results indicated that satisfaction degree in the experimental class to whole practice teaching and simulation teaching was significantly better than that in a non-experimental class(P<0.05).  Conclusion Simulation mode plays a significant role in teaching of diagnostics. Simulation teaching should be comprehensively promoted starting from simulated humans for cardiopulmonary auscultation and abdominal palpation.
